The 10-Year Fence. Fixed price. Guaranteed start date — or £100 a day off your bill.
Your garden secured and looking right for a decade, done in days — no cowboy roulette, no creeping quote, no waiting on a team that never turns up.
You've been burned — or you've heard the stories.
Fencing has a bad name for a reason. There are three ways a job goes wrong, and the cheap quote hides all of them.
The price creeps
Agreed one number, invoiced another — "the ground was harder than we thought." The low quote was only ever bait.
The no-show
Booked, then bumped for "a bigger job," again and again. Your garden sits open while the date keeps sliding.
The one-winter wonder
Thin posts, rusty fixings, leaning by the first storm. Cheap once, then paid for twice.
We built The 10-Year Fence to take all three off the table — and put the risk on us, in writing.
Everything included. Nothing bolted on later.
The 10-Year Fence isn't a stripped-back quote with extras waiting to appear. Every promise that normally costs you — or that a cheap quote quietly skips — is baked in as standard. Here's the whole stack.
- Built to stand for a decade.
- Priced once, in writing, and held.
- Backed after we've gone.
What you get with The 10-Year Fence

The 10-Year Fence vs the cheapest quote.
Because the cheapest quote usually isn't the price you end up paying. Here's what's actually different.

| Start date | ✓ Guaranteed, or £100/day off | ✕ "We'll fit you in" |
| Materials | ✓ Named on your quote | ✕ Whatever's cheapest that week |
| Guarantee | ✓ 12 months, fixed in 7 days | ✕ Gone before the first winter |
| Waste & clean-up | ✓ All removed, site swept | ✕ Left on your drive |
| After the job | ✓ Free first-winter storm check | ✕ Good luck getting them back |

The questions we get asked most.
How fixed is the price, really?
Fixed. We survey the run, the ground and the access before we quote, then confirm a per-metre band in writing. That's the number you pay. The only time it moves is if you ask us to change the spec or scope — and then we agree the new price before any work happens.
What if the ground is bad — rock, roots, old footings?
We check for it at the survey, which is exactly why we survey before quoting. If we find something genuinely hidden once we're digging, we stop, show you, and agree how to handle it before carrying on. You'll never get a surprise line on the final invoice.
Who handles the waste and the old fence?
We do — all of it. The old fence, posts, spoil and offcuts leave with us. We don't leave a skip on your drive and we leave the site cleaner than we found it. Waste removal is already in your fixed price.
How long does a job take?
Most domestic runs are done in days, not weeks — we give you a realistic finish date at survey and stick to it. Because your start date is guaranteed, you're not left waiting on a team that keeps pushing you back.
Why do you take a deposit?
The 25–30% deposit is what lets us book and hold your start date and order your materials to spec. It's your slot secured — and it's the same commitment that backs our guaranteed-start-date promise. The balance is due on completion.
How do I claim on the guarantee?
One message to the team — call, WhatsApp or email — with a photo of the issue. If it's down to our workmanship and it's within 12 months, we book you in and fix it within 7 days. No forms, no runaround.
Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Ruislip (HA4) and work across West and North-West London — Pinner, Harrow, Uxbridge, Northwood, Rickmansworth and the surrounding patch. Not sure if you're in range? Send your postcode and we'll tell you straight away.
Why are you dearer than the cheapest quote?
Because the cheapest quote usually isn't the price you end up paying. Our number is fixed, our start date is guaranteed, our materials are named, and our work is backed for a year. You're paying once for a fence that stands for a decade — not twice because the first one didn't.
Tell us the run. We'll come back with your fixed band and a start date.
A rough length and your postcode is plenty to get started. We'll confirm the exact fixed price free, on site — and put a start date in writing.
- Fixed per-metre price, confirmed at survey
- Guaranteed start date or £100/day off the bill
- 12-month workmanship guarantee
