We started Outerworks as an equal three-way partnership, based in Ruislip (HA4). No head office, no salesman between you and the people doing the work — just the three of us, splitting the graft and the responsibility straight down the middle.
We built it on two things that shouldn't be rare in this trade but are: a straight price you can hold us to, and turning up when we said we would. Too many gardens across West London get half-done and abandoned. That's the gap we set out to close.
We'd rather be a bit dearer and right than cheap and gone. When all three of us put our name to a job, it gets built once, built properly, and left the way we'd want our own gardens left.
